Let's face it ~ We love Pilates and we love the way it makes our bodies feel.....BUT we all strive to have those toned, leaned physiques that we associate with Pilates. Unfortunatley WHAT we do is only 20% of the puzzle! Yep, I said it....20 PERCENT! The other 80% is what we EAT! uggghhh ~ so to help us all with our 80/20 rule here is a great article!
