Neck Pain

Quite Often when learning Mat Pilates Exercises new clients find that they have neck pain. This can be normal and helps to make us aware of our weakness's. However with time as our core increases in strength, our neck stops wanting to take over and allows our core to do it's job. In the meantime this is a GREAT link to teach you the neck roll/chin tuck. This can help you get out of your neck and more into your core. Read through the instructions and then try it yourself! Next time your in class give it a try!
