Pilates and Nutrition

As I was thinking of the week and the things I wanted to do with my mat classes and my reformer clients, the first thing that came to my mind was "I want to help my clients see results"! As most of you know, exercise is half the equation....you may be building up more endurance with your cardio. Or developing more flexibility and strength through your pilates practice, but to actually SEE the results you want, proper eating has to be "key". It is the other big part of the equation. Each week I will be sharing information I have found to help you on your journey to be the "healthiest" you, you can be. Because really, isnt't that what it really is all about?
